This is a simple flow chart via draw.io (I also have experience Visio). 

This is my day to day flow chart. It includes a bullet point breakdown and visual representation of this. This takes into account 
emails, tasks, and meetings throughout the day. 

Everyday is different. I may be contacted for ad-hoc analysis and this may shift my day. 
I use a combination of Notion for to do tasks and my Outlook calendar for organization.
